# My Caseload

> Case management software for probation officers and community supervision case managers. Track clients, log contacts in seconds, manage court dates, and generate compliance reports — all in one HIPAA-aligned workspace.

My Caseload is a B2B SaaS web app built by Maps + Apps, LLC. It replaces the spreadsheet, sticky notes, and four open browser tabs that case managers use today. Core capabilities: client profiles with program assignments (CBI Level 1, CBI Level 2, CIDA, Substance Use, CBID Group), contact tracking with required-cadence enforcement, court date prep checklists, recurring tasks, branded PDF supervisor and discharge reports, risk assessments, session notes, and a calendar view across the full caseload.

Pricing: 14-day free trial (no credit card), then $19/month or $149/year per user. All features included — no tiers.

Security posture: encrypted data at rest and in transit, row-level access control so users see only their own caseload, 15-minute inactivity auto-logout for HIPAA alignment, and a complete audit log of session and export activity.
